Platform Defense Wave 1000

Platform Defense Wave 1000 is a real-time strategy game where you play the last survivor of a town who has to defend his home from a monster attack. To do so you can throw pans and other improvised weapons at them, and set traps in the monsters' path.

To set the traps you'll need gold coins, as usual, which are dropped by monsters when they die. So you have to kill a lot of monsters with your improvised weapons until you have enough gold to start setting traps. These include spikes, fridges that freeze the enemies, fire traps, and many others.

Each enemy wave is stronger than the previous one. As you advance, new enemies appear with new abilities: some are faster than others, or more resilient, or simply have special powers.

Platform Defense Wave 1000 is a strategy game with some tower defense elements that offers a pretty original and fun experience. The pixelated retro graphics are particularly charming as well.
